INTER-COMMUNAL-RELATIONS FOR INTRA-COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (ICILD)Is a Registered Non-Government Organization based on City of Mwanza,We are located at Isamilo area, Medical Street,Tanzania.ICILD has come with very crucial initiatives and see the importance that people from different ethnic, cultural and social backgrounds need to interact for their social, cultural, political and economic development thus stems a need to learn one another’s language and culture.

Knowledge on ICIT in its broadest sense is unavoidable. Communities need empowerment to overcome ignorance poverty and diseases thus ICILD through various empowerment initiatives shall help communities overcome the afore mentioned enemies.

Strong information systems that produce reliable, timely, and good-quality data are among several factors enabling development program managers to monitor, evaluate, and improve community development system performance and make evidence-informed decisions.

Since 1990s

Since 1990s, knowledge and understanding of the role of development in global development systems have improved. Despite this, ability to use languages and ICT in our communities is still very weak in most low-and middle-income countries (LMICs) including Tanzania.
